Every year we celebrate our amazing staff and their achievements at our Thank You ceremony. Board members will surprise colleagues at their bases and present them with a hamper, balloons and a certificate for being shining examples of our magnificent staff behaviours.

Neurodiversity Information Hub
The Neurodiversity Information Hub is a developing suite of digital resources relating to neurodiversity, which can be openly accessed by young people, families and professionals. The hub has provided a platform for high quality, reliable information relating to aspects of condition management (e.g. sensory processing difficulties, emotional wellbeing) as well as clear information about relevant sources of support in the city.
One of the assets of this project has been a strong service-user involvement and input from across agencies to provide accessible and engaging information and resources that fits into the current digital context to encourage maximum utility. The ethos of the hub is for this to be used at any stage along the ‘ND journey’ regardless of diagnostic status. The hub supports the aspiration of the city in improving awareness, understanding and skills to respond to neurodivergence across all systems.
A handful of the many strongly positive comments within feedback have included: “This resource is absolutely critical” (parent); “People desperately need this information! The isolation you get from the challenges is significant, so a website like this with all the information is really vital for support” (West Yorkshire ADHD support group)
The Neurodiversity Information Hub was nominated by Jennifer Perry, Consultant, Clinical Psychologist.
She said, “Overseeing this project has been a total joy. The team were passionate, hard-working, creative and thoughtful – the end product is a of a very high quality and has been shown to be effective, deserving the praise that has been offered. The number of visitors to the site also testifies to its success.”
Chief Executive, Thea Stein surprised the team and announced their achievement. Thea said, "We really liked this project, it connects with people and builds a real gap and it was brilliantly executed. So we’re delighted that a project that may ordinarily go under the radar is being more widely recognised."
