Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH) invites you and members of the public to join us at our Annual General Meeting (AGM)  on Tuesday 19 September from 1:00-3:00pm at Thackary Museum of Medicine, LS97LN.

This has been a busy and exciting year and at the meeting members of the Trust Board will reflect on the progress, achievements and challenges over the past 12 months. We will also talk about our ambitions and for the future.

Our staff and partners will also be showcasing some of the innovative projects and service developments making a positive difference to patients including from the Self-care Team, Enhance Project and how we’re supporting the healthcare needs of people experiencing homeless. 

Sam Prince, Interim Chief Executive said: “We invite you to join us at our AGM to hear more about the high quality care we provide and hear about experiences from  those who use our services, their families and carers. We look forward to welcoming you to our meeting.”
